16/03/2024The Dean of Alyarmok University College, Prof. Dr. Thabit Abdul Razzaq Dhahir, congratulated the instructor in the Pharmacy Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Aya Raed Abdul Wahab, for obtaining her PhD with distinction in Microbiology from the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad. He wished her and all our teaching staff continued success and progress in advancing the academic aspect of the college towards excellence.
The thesis was discussed at the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, on Monday, January 31, 2022, for the requirements of obtaining a PhD in Microbiology. Her thesis was titled ‘Study of the association of essential mutations of hepatitis B virus and genotypes with different stages of chronic hepatitis B’. The thesis was supervised by Assist.Prof.Dr. Shatha Farooq Abdullah, chaired by Prof. Dr. Saad Hassan Mohammed Ali, and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Dalia Basil Hanna, Prof. Dr. Asma Baqir Salim, Prof. Dr. Kifah Hamdan Al-Ani, and Assist.Prof.Dr. Rand Riyad Hafez.
